The Ocean Series..."Ebb & Flow"

This painting is the last one in "The Ocean" series..."Ebb & Flow". It was the first time I had painted on a canvas this large...40 x 40. I enjoyed it, but it was a challenge in so many ways. I have a new respect for artists who work on this size canvas and larger. I am pleased with the result, and I have already had some interest in the piece. Pictures do not do justice for this type of art...you need to see it in person to fully appreciate the piece.

I am so excited about my first solo exhibit at "Just Pho...and More" in Athens, Georgia. The opening of the exhibit was July 17, 2015 and the exhibit will run through the middle of October. One of my angel paintings sold the first day...stop by 1063 Baxter Street in Athens if you like whimsical art! By the way, the food is fabulous!
